The Square (Sweden)
Ruben Östlund‘s latest takes aim at high-art pretenses, which is the sort of thing populist-minded voters might prefer, but I think The Square wins the 2018 Oscar mostly because members of the Academy seem likelier to have seen it and it features recognizable Anglo-American faces in its cast.
